For younger runners from 10 to 15 years of age, the SWIFT program is our fundamental skills and development program. Through SWIFT, Athletes will work with our World Athletics (IAAF) qualified coaches in a school-term based program throughout the year.

Athletes are introduced to the fundamentals of running, hurdling and jumping, particularly posture and event specific knowledge. Fitness, strength, agility and speed will all be improved over the term.
