FAST & Active FAST & Active focusses on helping recreational runners to run better. Group and individual sessions consist of improving running form and increasing running load (how far and often). Participants are guided by our Head Coach who works with each individual to understand their needs and goals. A training program is agreed and as a team we work together to monitor and evaluate progress. FAST & Active is ideal for those who need to run better for their job, seek to return to running after some time away, or for first-timers seeking to “get off the couch” and be more active.
