The experience of two decades of coaching speed and acceleration is available to individuals or groups. A tailored program that supplements your existing training load will be provided, along with expert analysis and guidance on running form, to improve speed and prevent injury. Trusted Experience FAST has worked with the Brumbies Women Team including Bec Maher, Carly Hutch, Fee Knight, Chloe Butler, Sharni Williams and Chioma Enyi. Many promising junior ACT Touch Players who have played at the National Youth Championships have been mentored in the FAST program including Amber Prins, Georgia Donaldson, Bec Guest and Chelsea Tobin. Outstanding Capital Spirit (Netball) player Annick Theron is also a graduate of FAST.
