Tess Palubiski — From Track to Chill and Eyes on Brisbane 2032
At FAST Running we celebrate not only speed on the track, but the transfer of excellence into life and sport beyond athletics.
Tess Palubiski is a perfect example of how that philosophy plays out in real time.
Charlotte Hun: From FAST for Sport to the AFLW Pathway
FAST Running has always believed that running excellence extends beyond the track.
Tonight, that belief was brought to life as Charlotte Hun completed her final training session with FAST before taking the next step in her sporting journey — acceptance into the AFL Women’s pathway with Geelong Cats, beginning with a VFL contract and the opportunity to train and live alongside senior AFLW athletes.

This is one of the things we do best
At FAST for Sport, we know that speed is the difference-maker in sport—whether it’s a sprinter launching out of the blocks or a softball player exploding off the base. That’s why we were thrilled to work with the HSD2 Spitfires, and HSD1 Blackhawks teams, and the HSD2 Raptors and U12 Comets teams from Hurricanes Softball Club, delivering a softball-specific Speed & Agility Clinic.

Working with the West Canberra Wanderers FC National Premier League (NPLB) U14–U16 squads, we delivered a dedicated speed session ahead of their upcoming season.
Nearly 30 players. Two squads. One focus:
Speed that transfers to the game.
