FAST for Sport FAST for Sport delivers the fundamentals and secrets to sprinting to all sports. The experience of two decades of coaching speed and acceleration is available to individuals or groups. A tailored program that supplements your existing training load will be provided, along with expert analysis and guidance on running form, to improve speed and prevent injury. FAST has a strong track record of developing young talent and we want to see our players get opportunities to play at the highest level. FAST has worked with the Brumbies Women Team including Bec Maher, Carly Hutch, Fee Knight, Chloe Butler, Sharni Williams and Chioma Enyi. Many promising junior ACT Touch Players who have played at the National Youth Championships have been mentored in the FAST program including Amber Prins, Georgia Donaldson, Bec Guest and Chelsea Tobin. Outstanding Capital Spirit (Netball) player Annick Theron is also a graduate of FAST. FAST has helped develop the speed and acceleration of top flight male players as well including Junior Tupou (Brumbies, West Tigers), Bailey Simonsson (Parramatta), David Grimmond (Wallabies), Jone Pio (Brumbies 7s), Samuel Dobb (Queensland Reds), Wesley Tameifuna (Canberra Raiders), Elimi Uluikadavu (Melbourne Rebels), John Scollen (Australian Universities), Sam Tredgold (Canberra Raiders), Rufus Walsh (Sydney Uni), Hayden Clark (NFL), Kaya Irfan (Canberra Raiders), Sam Bramich (Canberra Raiders), Cooper O’Connor (Canberra Raiders) and Ty Shepherd (GWS Giants).
