F.A.Q.
Frequently Asked Questions
FAST Running holds 4 weekly running/jumping sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon (5pm), and a Saturday and Sunday morning (10am).
Attendance is not mandatory, sessions are tailored to the individual and their own workload requirements.
Each session will run between 60-90 minutes though this may vary depending on the session goal. Program details are posted in TeamApp, including the training location and what each individual will do that day.
FAST Running trains all year long, whilst individuals in the group may vary their attendance depending on their own training needs.
