FAST is more than a squad of individuals who run together. There is a strong social bound in the group, where everyone enjoys getting together for a chat and catch up away from the hustle and bustle of the Athletics Track.
This month’s event is our own Oktoberfest 2023. FAST will meet up after training at a local eatery for a good meal and great company.
