FAST Running for Adults Canberra Running Coach, August 23, 2023August 23, 2024 FAST Running caters for many people of all ages, shapes and sizes. The FAST & Active program focusses on helping recreational runners to run better, for their job, seeking to return to running after some time away, or for first-timers seeking to “get off the couch” and be more active. The FAST for Sport program delivers the fundamentals and secrets to sprinting to all sports and every player. FAST Track is the sprint, hurdles and jumps program for athletes looking to improve their performance through targeted training and event specificity. FAST Performance works with professional and elite athletes. There are weekly training sessions held right across Canberra under the supervision of FAST’s enthusiastic and encouraging Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt.
