We’re excited to launch our first dedicated Throws Clinic for FAST Kids, hosted by Coach Charlotte, our newest team member bringing fresh energy and technical expertise. This session is designed especially for:
- Young athletes looking to improve their Shot Put technique
- Those wanting to learn the glide method used at higher levels
- Kids aiming to compete at the ACT Primary Schools Championships or Regionals
Whether your child is a confident thrower or just starting out, this clinic will build strength, skill, and competition readiness in a fun, encouraging environment.
Spots are limited, and future clinics will be based on the success of this first event — so don’t miss out!
