Australia’s fastest track

The Australian Institute of Sport Athletics Track in Bruce (Belconnen) is widely regarded as Australia’s fastest athletics track. The favourable weather conditions, the directional positioning (layout) of the track and its world class surface, makes the AIS, Australia’s favourite All-Weather running venue.

FAST has been training at the AIS since 1995. Our members consider the Track their second home. Training at the AIS and competing there offers FAST top quality and year long access to the best facility in the country.
