With the end of year celebrations FAST approaching, Canberra’s oldest and most established sprint squad has developed a great party game for you to try at home.

With the help of one of Canberra’s fastest up and coming sprinters, you can play “Mathias didn’t say…”. Based on the classic Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes, keep up with Mathias as he tries to catch you out.

FAST Running played the game last week at our end of year party. Everyone had a great time and we hope you enjoy playing too with family and friends. Who knows, you might attend our next social event or like Mathias, be centre stage of it!
