South Coast Sprint Camp Canberra Sprint Coach, December 30, 2023December 30, 2023 FAST Running will hold its South Coast Sprint Camp between 24 to 27th May 2024. Canberra’s longest running sprint group will also be holding a sprint master class at Culburra Beach near Nowra for local sprinters looking to learn from Canberra’s award winning sprint Coach, Steve Dodt. The May long weekend Camp, is a first for sprinters from the ACT, extending the training experience for athletes in the innovative FAST Track program. The South Coast Camp will provide an immersive experience with athletes training on the beautiful soft sands of the South Coast, doing group strength and conditioning sessions, and participate in workshops covering key areas of sprint performance from IAAF Accredited Coaches.
