Record medal haul for FAST Canberra Running Coach, March 20, 2016November 26, 2023 Over the weekend the squad has enjoyed some magnificent results. Not one individual stood any taller than anyone else. Collectively they all achieved some magnificent results including State Records, Club Records, Meet Records, Personal Bests, Season Bests, First time medals, first time at State Champs, the list goes on and on. But in summary FAST won the following: Gold: 34 MedalsSilver: 12 MedalsBronze: 8 MedalsTop 4 Finish: 5 placesTop 8 Finish: 25 places We don’t normally blow our own trumpet but it would be hard to find any other Training Group in the ACT that topped or even matched the efforts of FAST.
