Alumnus: Samuel Dobb Canberra Sprint Coach, December 17, 2015October 28, 2023 Samuel Dobb trained with FAST until the end of 2015. Sam never represented the ACT in track and field, however he used his speed and acceleration from FAST to improve his performances in swimming, rugby union, league and judo. Samuel Dobb claimed a gold medal at the ACT International Open U21 Canberra in 2015. In his first official powerlifting competition in 2014 and having had only four weeks to prepare, Samuel finished third at the national youth powerlifting championships in Tasmania. He lifted a massive 126kg in the clean and jerk and 96kg in the snatch. Samuel has played for the Canberra Raiders, Queensland Reds and the Gold Coast Titans.
