Summer Series: 2 November 2024 Canberra Sprint Coach, November 3, 2024November 7, 2024 Big day out Capital Athletics Summer Series 3 event Woden Park. FAST Running have won both the men and women’s 100m and 200m double, whilst also winning the sprint treble in the 400m for a clean sweep. Siena Towndrow has run a new personal best in the 100m to clock 12.60s, followed up with another win into the wind in the 200m running 26.39s. Daniel Nwaboi has smashed his previous bests in both the 100/200m in securing first place in both events. His times are also @ginninderraathletics club records in the U16, running 11.35s and 22.75s respectively, negative splitting his last hundred. Tom Madigan won the 400m convincingly in 55.86s which was just outside his PB by 0.03s. He also broke his 200m PB when he ran 25.58s. Georgia Reilly had her first #summerseries race in the sprint double, winning her heat of the 200m in 29.13s and just outside her 100m best in 14.16s. Both Daniel’s and Siena’s performances place them in the top three fastest ACT athletes overall (any age) so far this season. With #allschools a month away, FAST are running quick at the right time.
