The Road to Sub-13

FAST Running - Training Sessions

Sub-13 seconds is often where sprinting starts to feel different.

For many young athletes, it is the first milestone that feels genuinely significant. Not because of the number itself, but because of what it represents.

Breaking 13 seconds usually requires more than simply turning up and running. It requires consistency, patience, technical development, and the willingness to keep improving when progress is not always obvious.

At FAST Running, the Sub-13 Club is not viewed as an exclusive group. It is viewed as a destination on a journey.

Some athletes arrive there quickly.

Others take years.

The achievement remains equally meaningful because every athlete arrives from a different starting point.

What makes the milestone exciting is that athletes already exist within FAST who have made the journey. They understand the process, the setbacks, the breakthroughs, and the feeling of finally seeing the clock stop below a barrier that once seemed impossible.

Today, another group of FAST athletes are working toward that same goal.

Not because they want to be compared to others.

Because they want to discover what they are capable of.

At FAST Running, the Sub-13 Club is not about who is already there.

It is about who might be next.
