The Road to Sub-12

FAST Running - Training session

Breaking 12 seconds changes how athletes see themselves.

For many sprinters, it represents the transition from participation to performance.

It is the point where speed becomes something that has been deliberately developed rather than simply inherited.

Sub-12 does not happen by accident.

It requires technical improvement, strength development, acceleration quality, consistency of training, and a growing understanding of how to compete.

But most importantly, it requires patience.

The athletes who eventually break 12 seconds are rarely the athletes looking for shortcuts.

They are the athletes who continue showing up.

At FAST Running, athletes already exist within the Sub-12 Club.

They know what the journey required.

And they know that the greatest satisfaction comes not from joining the club itself, but from becoming the athlete capable of earning membership.

For those currently chasing the milestone, the focus remains the same:

One session.

One improvement.

One step closer.
