Accelerating body mechanics in younger sprinters Canberra Sprint Coach, February 14, 2024 The weekend’s focus for FAST Kids was improving their body mechanics when sprinting. Using drills and exercises, Canberra Sprint Coach. Steve Dodt, took the under 12s through their paces at Stromlo Forest Park. For newcomers Ivika and Nelum, the Group exercises were a real hit.
