Lauren Robards trained with FAST until the end of 2014. Lauren was a multi event talented athlete who excelled in most events. Lauren represented the ACT at 4 National Championships (more if you count Cross Country) and had a best placing of 4th in the Multi Event in 2011.

Lauren was a Junior Coach with Ginninderra Athletics.

  • 2014 Australian Little Athletics Championships: U13 1500m (10th) 5:21.95, Javelin (11th) 24.28m, 1500m Walk (10th) 9:57.96.
  • 2013, 12 Years and Under Track & Field Championship: 12Y Shot Put (15th) 7.64m, Long Jump (16th) 4.16m, Multi Event (6th) 1045 points.
  • 2012, 12 Years and Under Track & Field Championship: 11Y Shot Put (14th) 7.48m, Long Jump (9th) 4.31m, Multi Event (5th) 993 points.
  • 2011, 12 Years and Under Track & Field Championship: 10Y High Jump (12th) 1.15m, Long Jump (10th) 3.77m, Multi Event (4th) 846 points,
