FAST Track is the sprint, hurdles and jumps program for athletes looking to improve their performance through targeted training and event specificity. There are weekly training sessions held right across Canberra under the supervision of FAST’s enthusiastic and encouraging Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt.
