Alumnus: Vivian Williams Canberra Sprint Coach, February 15, 2019February 8, 2024 Vivian Williams trained with FAST as a young Sierra Leon athlete who fled the Commonwealth Games to seek asylum in Australia. Vivian ran 10.84s/21.89s respectively for the 100m and 200m at the Commonwealth Games. Vivian trained with FAST until August 2021. Vivian’s all-time best performances were recorded whilst training with FAST. His 100m personal best was 10.58s recorded at the 2019 Athletics ACT Track and Field Championships at the AIS on 10 February 2019. Vivian ran 21.89s (an equal PB) in the 200m at the same ACT Championships that year. Vivian ran 10.83s at the Sydney Track Classic on 23 February 2019 which bettered his previous PB from the Commonwealth Games. Vivian’s PBs remain the fastest times set by a FAST male athlete to this day. Whilst training with FAST, Vivian completed his Athletics Australia Level 1 Coaching Course and started as a mentor for up and coming sprinters in the ACT. Alumni Alumna: Nathalie Cerritelli March 20, 2018October 28, 2023 Nathalie Cerritelli (Nat) trained with FAST until the end of the 2017-18 season.
