Building Bonds and Making Memories Canberra Running Coach, December 28, 2024December 28, 2024 A Fun-Filled Day with FAST Running At FAST Running, we’re about more than just chasing personal bests on the track—we’re about building a community where athletes thrive together. Yesterday, after an intense sprint session, we embraced the lighter side of training with a small celebration that perfectly captured the spirit of FAST Running. The day kicked off with Belgian-style pancakes, lovingly made and eagerly devoured by our squad. Nothing brings people together quite like good food, and the laughter and chatter around the table were a testament to the bonds we share as a team. Once fueled, the fun continued with spirited games of ping pong. Athletes traded the track for the table, showing off their quick reflexes and competitive streaks in a different arena. There was no shortage of cheers, good-natured teasing, and moments of triumph as paddles flew and friendships grew stronger. To top it all off, we ended the day with a refreshing dip in the pool. It wasn’t just about cooling down after the sprints—it was about sharing smiles, creating memories, and strengthening the connections that make FAST Running more than just a squad. Days like these remind us that our team is built not only on shared goals but also on shared experiences. The camaraderie, support, and sense of belonging are what truly set FAST Running apart. Here’s to many more moments like these—where the hard work on the track meets the joy of being part of a team that feels like family. 💙🏃♂️🏓🥞💦 Community News CanberraMature TeensTeensWellbeing
