This unique event brought together aspiring sprinters and young athletes from across the region for a day of expert coaching, skill-building, and fun. The clinic was led by an exceptional team of coaches. High-Performance Coach Steve Dodt, renowned for his expertise in sprint and agility training, brought a wealth of knowledge and energy to the sessions. Supporting him were Mathias Lal and Daniel Nwaobi, two talented FAST Kids coaches known for their ability to connect with young athletes and inspire their best performance. Over the course of the clinic, participants engaged in a variety of drills and exercises designed to enhance their speed, agility, and coordination. From explosive sprint starts to dynamic agility courses, every activity was carefully planned to suit athletes of all levels, ensuring each participant could challenge themselves while having fun.
