FAST Running wishes to congratulate Tristan Peemoeller who was recognised in the 2024 Australia Day Honours announced on 26 January.
Tristan PEEMOELLER ESM was awarded the Emergency Service Medal for outstanding service as a volunteer member of the ACT State Emergency Service, exceeding volunteer obligations in supporting numerous calls for support, participating in frontline operations during COVID-19, and coordinating training activities for volunteers.
Tristan demonstrates our values of respect, integrity, collaboration and innovation and he consistently goes above and beyond in his roles. This award is a worthy recognition of his outstanding contribution to the broader community and not just Athletics.
“Tristan Peemoeller is a highly dedicated and valued member the ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES). He unfailingly makes himself available to assist almost all SES calls for support, exceeding the volunteer obligation by 24 times of that required. His commitment to the ACT community is beyond question.”
