So how do you make something hard, even harder? Recently with the weather changing, the Gods have given the squad plenty of practice of running in the rain and the wet, and this includes sprinting the hill session at Governor-General’s. But if that wasn’t hard enough, our last rep up the hill last weekend was made just that bit harder, thanks to Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt. With not many bikes to race, the squad had to rely on parachutes to make things a little more interesting.
