What makes a hard training session? Canberra Sprint Coach, May 7, 2024August 29, 2024 FAST Running enjoys a good challenge and there doesn’t get anything better than Canberra’s hardest hill session. So how do you make something hard, even harder? Recently with the weather changing, the Gods have given the squad plenty of practice of running in the rain and the wet, and this includes sprinting the hill session at Governor-General’s. But if that wasn’t hard enough, our last rep up the hill last weekend was made just that bit harder, thanks to Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt. With not many bikes to race, the squad had to rely on parachutes to make things a little more interesting. These tough training sessions are just the beginning of what is planned over winter and beyond for FAST Running. News AdultsMature TeensRunning TrainingSouth CanberraSprintingYoung Adults
