A need for speed Canberra Running Coach, January 25, 2024February 7, 2024 Not everyone’s running goals are the same, for Kosal Mom (Kos), he just loves to run fast and has a real need for speed. Applying his sprint training to his other passions including martial arts, Kos is able to benefit from both disciplines. With the summer well and truly here, Kos’ sprint training is back with full force. Kos’ focus for the next 4-weeks will be following a return to training program with FAST & Active. Taking things a little easier at the beginning is the best way to work off the cob webs. The tailored program provides the structure necessary as well as being scaffolded to give every participant the opportunity to progress at their own pace. Kos loves running hills at Stromlo Forest Park and training at Australia’s fastest track. Most of all he loves the camaraderie amongst the group, particular with Zach, Nate, Connor, Mika, and Jaimi-Lee. Kos is a great mentor and role model for the up and coming FAST Track athletes due to his elite performance in other sports. His attention to detail and input into training delivery providers valuable insights to generation next.
