Our sessions range from Hill Sprints, Minute Runs across Campus, Plyometric Strength sessions, Coaching Courses, the Mini Olympics, O Week Activities, Morning X-Country runs, supporting the UC Athletics Academy and more. FAST enjoys running training at different venues across Canberra and beyond.
