FAST Running hosted its annual summer pool party. The event was open to all members and their partners.
Getting together as a group is a crucial element of building the support around everyone in FAST Running. There’s always plenty of food on offer and a great laugh. Everyone enjoyed a swim and we did an innovative group workshop on how to become FASTER.
