The first Time Trail of the season is nearly here and members of FAST Running were super keen to try out their starts for the upcoming season. Kos, Lewin, Nick, Tom, Mathias, Daniel, Vish and Nate, were joined by Jon, Clare and Nicole for a few FAST starts.
