Medal haul at ACT Championships Canberra Running Coach, November 10, 2015November 2, 2023 Congratulations to the FAST Squad who competed at the ACT All School Championships today. A big medal haul with 10 Gold, 4 Silver, 3 Bronze and 6 top eight finishes (2 of those top four). A pleasing day all round and hopefully many of the group making Nationals next month in their pet events. A quick snapshot of the squad follows: Matt Walters – Gold (400m and 400mH) and Silver (200m)Lucy Ferry – Gold (100m and 400m), Silver (200m)Jeremy Maranan – Gold (200m and 100m), 7th (Long Jump), 5th (Triple Jump)Eden Thomas – Gold (100m, 200m and 400m)Joshua Beale – Gold (400m), Bronze (100m)Sam Wade – Silver (200m and 100m)Nathalie Cerritelli – Bronze (200m), 4th (100m)Laura Scollen-Smith – Bronze (100m), 4th (200m)David Unger – 4th (100m), 8th (Discus) Also a cheerio to Kobe who suffered injury and couldn’t participate today.
