Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt, has been coaching in Gungahlin and North Canberra since 1995 with his group FAST Running. There is training suited for all ages and ability, from Little Athletes, people just looking to get faster or fitter, and special training for masters aged athletes. For the more serious athlete there are FAST Track and FAST Performance programs too.
