From pitch to court without missing a step Canberra Sprint Coach, January 22, 2024February 7, 2024 Georgina Reilly is one of the talented FAST Females who is just at home on the football pitch as she is the netball court. Playing Capital Football Premier League and the cadets/ intermediate netball competition simultaneously is quite the feat. Georgia started training with FAST Running to improve her running for football, but she has found that her netball skills have improved as well. Meanwhile on the track she has become a 13 second 100m sprinter to boot. Georgia has certainly learned much and is able to flip between each sport without missing a step. With the football season fast approaching, Georgia and her team mates from The Wanderers will be eager to see how the girls go now with their new found confidence in sprinting. With five members having now graduated the summer FAST program, the courts and pitches of Canberra will be the place to go and see quality football being played in the Under 17s this winter., For more information on FAST for Sport, please contact us FAST for Sport Football News Team Sports FAST FemalesFootballProfileRunning TrainingSouth CanberraSprinting
