Wacky weekend of winter antics Canberra Running Coach, July 8, 2024August 27, 2024 A monstrous and wacky weekend of winter antics took place at two of FAST’s favourite running destinations. Saturday featured Grace, Georgia, Nick, Nate, Mathias and Kos as they did Hill Sprints by the Lake. The Captain Cook Memorial Jet blasted its way into the air at the end of the session covering spectators and sprinters alike. Sunday saw Vish, Mathias, Daniel, and the FAST Kids in the Man vs Bike session. The objective is to pick out an unsuspecting cyclist and chase them up the hill. The bigger the head start the cyclist gets the more of a challenge it is for FAST Running. For details on where and when FAST Running trains, please contact Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt for more information.
