Take the hill Canberra Running Coach, July 2, 2024August 27, 2024 Weekend running training with FAST Running was held on Sunday at Parliament House in South Canberra. FAST trains regularly in the north and south of Canberra, utilising the best training locations to suit the needs of our members. Sunday’s session saw our 100-200m, 400m, and 800m athletes take the hill together in their respective event groups. Whilst our FAST Kids members also did their session on the famous lawns of Parliament House. Canberra Sprint and Running Coach, Steve Dodt, is there at every session overseeing performance and providing individualised feedback. Training is curated for the individual and the duration, intensity and distance is matched against each athlete’s capacity and goals.
