At FAST Running, training doesn’t stop when the clock hits the weekend—and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Friday nights are for more than just reps and recovery. They’re where strength meets connection, when the squad comes together to work on our bodies and build something even stronger—team spirit.
We roll into the session with foam rollers in hand and a bit of banter already flying. There’s always music playing, mats on the floor, and a mix of mobility, core stability, and quiet competitiveness as everyone pushes through planks, pulses, and band work. It’s sweaty, it’s focused, and it’s got that buzz that only happens when you’re training with people who genuinely have your back.
But we’re not just about the grind—we’re about the good times too.
With the Australian Athletics National Championships on screen, we flip seamlessly from side planks to cheering for our idols (and maybe future rivals). We study race tactics between sets, celebrate PBs from Aussie legends, and dream about what it’ll feel like when it’s our name in that lineup.
Sometimes there’s snacks. Always there’s laughs. And no one ever leaves without feeling better than when they arrived.
This is FAST on a Friday night.
Core. Mobility. Community.
The kind of training that builds more than just athletes—it builds mateship, momentum, and memories.
