Hailing from Coleambally, NSW, Ivana-Rose makes the regular journey to Canberra to train and compete with FAST Running, demonstrating her incredible commitment to improvement and excellence. Since joining the squad in October 2024, her 100m, 200m, and triple jump performances have soared—culminating in her selection for the ACT team for the 2025 Australian Little Athletics Championships (ALAC) in Adelaide.

Balancing training and competition is demanding for any athlete, but commuting from Wagga to Canberra for training sessions takes an exceptional level of discipline and passion. Ivana-Rose has embraced the FAST Running philosophy, showing that hard work, expert coaching, and the right environment can accelerate an athlete’s development—no matter where they are from.
