Exclusive Training Session at Woden Athletics Track

With the Australian Institute of Sport athletics track unavailable this past week, FAST Running adapted to ensure our athletes stayed on track for success! On Sunday, we exclusively booked the Woden Athletics Track, turning the session into a key opportunity to keep pushing forward toward Running Excellence.

Our athletes trained with focused intent, fine-tuning their techniques and building momentum as they prepare for the Primary and Secondary School National Track & Field Championships, set for early December. The session allowed us to dedicate time to the specific needs of our athletes, ensuring they’re primed to achieve their best.

At FAST Running, adaptability is central to maintaining high-performance standards, and securing access to top facilities like Woden reflects our commitment to excellence.
