FAST Running - Accelerate School Holiday Speed and Agility Clinic

Yesterday, nearly 60 children joined us for our FAST Running School Holiday Clinic — our largest group to date.

But what mattered most wasn’t the number.

It was what we saw:

  • Kids arriving a little unsure… and leaving confident
  • New friendships forming within minutes
  • Smiles, energy, and effort from start to finish

This is what FAST Running is all about.

Built for Every Child

With a group this size, one thing matters most — making sure every child is seen, supported, and improving.

That doesn’t happen by accident.

Through structured activities and small working groups, we ensured:

  • Every child stayed engaged
  • Every child kept moving
  • Every child received coaching and encouragement

No long lines.

No standing around.

No one left behind.

Learning Without Realising It

While the session was full of fun and energy, there was a clear purpose behind everything we did.

Across the morning, athletes were introduced to:

  • Better running technique
  • Faster reactions and movement skills
  • Confidence in how they move

To them, it felt like games and challenges.

But underneath, they were building the foundations of:

speed, coordination, and athletic confidence.

More Than Just Running

What stood out most wasn’t just the drills — it was the environment.

We saw:

  • Older athletes helping younger ones
  • New faces quickly feeling part of the group
  • Kids encouraging each other and celebrating effort

That’s the FAST environment.

A place where children:

  • Feel comfortable
  • Feel supported
  • Want to keep coming back

For All Levels

Whether your child is:

  • Trying running for the first time
  • Looking to build confidence
  • Or already active in sport

Our goal is simple:

Help them move better, feel more confident, and enjoy being active.

Because when kids enjoy it — they improve.

More Than a School Holiday Activity

For some, this was their first experience of structured training.

For others, it was another step in their journey.

But for every child, it was an opportunity to:

  • Learn new skills
  • Build confidence
  • Be part of something positive

And that’s exactly why these clinics exist.

What’s Next

The growth of this clinic shows one thing clearly — families are looking for more than just activity.

They’re looking for:

  • Quality coaching
  • A supportive environment
  • A program their child can grow with

And that’s what we’re building at FAST Running.

Final Word

If your child was there yesterday — you would have seen it.

If they missed it — we’d love to see them at the next one.
