Wednesday the 5th of June is Global Running Day, a worldwide celebration of running that encourages people of all ages and abilities to get moving. 

FAST Running is excited to share our love of running and taking strides towards healthier and more active lives. No matter where you live, if you have a shiny track, grass oval, or a forest path, share this message with your friends and get out for a run!

Many members of FAST Running originate from every corner of the world and Global Running Day is a chance to take our passions back home with us. We have also competed and trained in some magnificent locations demonstrating that running can take you places.
