The Swiss Army Knife of sport Canberra Sprint Coach, October 23, 2023February 7, 2024 There are not many sportspeople like Kosal Mom. In Kos’ spare time, he does open water swimming, drilling classes for martial arts/boxing, indoor rock climbing, strength training at the gym, and building range of movements to support combative training. Kos also likes to run for fun with FAST. In late 2021, what started as cross training, Kos took to sprinting with a natural talent. Kos flirted with being an explosive 100-200m sprinter, but has the ability to hold his pace really well, suited to the 400m. With his next open water swim race only weeks away, Kos will be back to the track with FAST real soon, and looking forward to what the summer offers him next.
