Five athletes.
Different ages. Different stages. One system.
From our youngest in FAST Accelerate to emerging athletes in FAST Track, this group of FAST Females came together with a shared focus:
attack angles, body presence, and reaction.
Not as isolated drills.
Not as a one-off session.
But as part of something much bigger.
This Is What Makes FAST Different
At first glance, you see a session.
But what’s actually happening is a layered system of development:
- Warm-ups that are not just preparation, but technical rehearsal
- Acceleration work that reinforces the same movement patterns under speed
- Pre-session briefs that create clarity, intent, and athlete buy-in
- Cool-downs that are designed to set up the next session, not just finish this one
Every piece connects.
Every piece repeats.
Every piece builds.
Same Lesson. Different Athlete. Same Standard.
What’s powerful is this:
The exact same session structure can serve:
- a young athlete learning movement for the first time
- and a performance athlete refining race execution
Because the focus isn’t on complexity.
It’s on clarity and repeatability.
👉 The lesson doesn’t change
👉 The application evolves
Training That Sticks
In FAST, we don’t chase “good sessions.”
We build:
- habits
- understanding
- ownership
Athletes don’t just complete sessions —
they begin to recognise patterns,
understand cues,
and apply them independently.
That’s where real development happens.
Athlete First. Always.
Everything is designed around one principle:
The athlete comes first — today, tomorrow, and long-term.
That means:
- development over shortcuts
- consistency over randomness
- education over instruction
This is where our systematic, programmatic approach comes to life —
informed by a mindset of continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
More Than a Session
These five FAST Females weren’t just training on the day.
They were:
- reinforcing movement they’ll use next week
- building habits they’ll carry into competition
- developing skills that scale with them as athletes
Because at FAST:
👉 We don’t train athletes for the session
👉 We train them for what comes next
