We’re excited to welcome Ronan Stewart, a 13-year-old athlete, to FAST Track — our sprint development program designed for young runners ready to explore what they’re capable of on the track.
Ronan is new to athletics and has never been part of a club before — but what he has is curiosity, energy, and a strong foundation built through playing soccer in winter. After expressing interest in sprinting to his parents, Ronan has now taken the first step onto the track with FAST Running.
Joining FAST Track means Ronan will train alongside other boys and girls his age in a supportive, focused, and fun environment. It’s a place where emerging athletes learn the fundamentals of sprinting and movement — not just how to run fast, but how to move well, train smart, and build confidence in competition.
At FAST, we believe in developing athletes through mentorship, progression, and opportunity. For Ronan, this means working with qualified coaches who understand how to support new athletes, being part of structured sessions that balance learning with challenge, and growing within a pathway that connects FAST Track to performance-level sprinting — if and when he’s ready for it.
We’re thrilled to have Ronan in the squad and look forward to watching him thrive as he begins his sprint journey with us.
Welcome to FAST Running, Ronan — we’re glad you’re here.
