Athletes enrolled in FAST have ready access to elite Performance athletes who are available and willing to share their knowledge and expertise with the next generation.

Recently tucked away on a suburban oval in Aranda, Commonwealth Games representative Vivian Williams, worked with the squad putting them through their paces.

The younger squad members who themselves have National Medals and made numerous Finals, appreciated the advice and down to earth nature of Vivian.
