Make no mistake Canberra Running Coach, November 2, 2023February 8, 2024 Anyone watching the West Canberra Wanderers FC in the NPLW will notice one thing, Siena Towndrow’s speed when she has the ball at her feet. Siena is very fast for a footballer. In December 2022, Siena was the 8th fastest in her age in the Country for the 100m and 10th in the 200m. Little wonder she plays in attack for the Wanderers. Siena has been making steady progress under the watchful eye of her coaches. With her focus set on the 2024 Australian Championships, Siena will make further strides in her running, which will make Siena an even bigger nightmare for any opposition player next winter.
