Sprints and Hurdles Training in South Canberra Canberra Sprint Coach, January 6, 2024April 24, 2024 Are you looking for someone that runs Sprints and Hurdles Training in Woden, Tuggeranong, Molonglo and Weston Creek? Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt, has been coaching in South Canberra since 1995 with his group FAST Running. There is training suited for all ages and ability, from Little Athletes, people just looking to get faster or fitter, and special training for masters aged athletes. For the more serious athlete there are FAST Track and FAST Performance programs too. In South Canberra, FAST Running trains regularly at Stromlo Forest Park, Parliament House, Curtin Oval, Governor-General’s, and Woden Park. There are also trail running sessions in the Canberra Nature Park, the National Arboretum, and along the Murrumbigee River. During the school holidays, FAST runs the Accelerate: Canberra Sprint & Agility Clinic for children aged 6 to 18 years in South Canberra.
