Phoebe runs for herself Canberra Sprint Coach, January 29, 2024February 7, 2024 Phoebe’s motivation is simple, she enjoys the endorphins from sprinting and the buzz of running fast. Sprinting also reminds Phoebe how much she liked running as a kid and now she can run just for her, there’s no pressure or no additional distractions from her everyday routine. The full-time Nurse is used to juggling priorities and most importantly understanding what her body is or isn’t capable of handling. In Phoebe’s first month back into training she has had to manage a couple of niggles and squeezing the training time into her busy life of taxi, nurse and Mum. She’s already had plenty of moments of enjoyment including beating some of the boys, finishing Canberra’s hardest hill session, and training alongside her daughter Grace, who is equally enjoying her own training experience. Phoebe especially enjoys training alongside fellow Mums Florence, Marijke, and Sue. These FAST Females are showing up the males in FASTER Master in their work ethic and commitment to training.
