Rain, hail or shine, the athletes of FAST Running are committed to their training. That includes Australian Record Holder Nate, two times Australian Nationals Medalist Daniel, Masters Athlete Matt, and rising stars Jaimi-Lee, Mathias and Isi.
Regatta Point is a happy hunting ground for the Canberra based Sprint group as they face the challenge of hill sprints and 400m repeats. Iris the team dog, even joined in to see who was the fastest up the hill, watch the video below to see who won!!
