All members of FAST Running participate in these drills and hurdles are provided that suits everyone’s skill level and comport zone. This session typically takes place at the AIS however the hurdles fit neatly in the back of the FAST Running mobile so don’t be surprised to see the squad jumping around in Canberra somewhere near you. For details on training sessions and what’s involved, speak with Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt. Hurdles News AdultsBelconnenMature TeensRunning TrainingTeensYoung Adults
