FAST & Active, not old and boring Canberra Running Coach, October 25, 2024October 25, 2024 Members of the FAST & Active group were caught having a great time on Thursday at training. Their session primarily focussed on running form and acceleration, before finishing with some core and mobility exercises. FAST & Active sessions are held four times a week on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, and Saturday and Sunday mornings. No previous running or training experience is necessary. For our newest member Preeti, she is using the training to run with likeminded people, whilst improving her running, avoiding injury, and meeting fitness targets for her job. No matter the motivation, every individual is catered for as a member of FAST & Active. Canberra Running Coach, Steve Dodt, is also a qualified Recreational Running Coach, and provides members with the appropriate skills and knowledge to help novice to more advanced runners in running events from the 5km up to Marathon-distance. No matter your interest or levels of commitment, FAST & Active is your ideal starting line to get more into running for fun.
