Recently, our Head Performance Coach completed The Coaching Eye course under the guidance of the legendary Dan Pfaff and the esteemed team at Altis. This rigorous program is recognised worldwide as a benchmark in elite coaching education, and our coach was honoured to be part of its special inaugural cohort. This accomplishment represents months of intensive study, collaboration, and analysis, encompassing: Advanced knowledge of biomechanics and human anatomy to refine movement patterns and unlock peak performance. The art of effective communication, ensuring athletes and allied partners receive clear, actionable insights. Techniques for coaching both the mind and the body, addressing the holistic needs of athletes striving for greatness. The insights gained from this course align perfectly with FAST Running’s strategic objective of “Innovation in Training.” By integrating cutting-edge sports science and coaching techniques, we are raising the bar for all our athletes, from emerging talents to seasoned competitors.
