Training Times Sprinting and Hurdles FAST Running holds 4 weekly running sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon (5pm), and a Saturday and Sunday morning (10am). Attendance is not mandatory, sessions are tailored to the individual and their own workload requirements. Each session will run between 60-80 minutes though this may vary depending on the session goal. Program details are posted in TeamApp, including the training location and what each individual will do that day. FAST Running trains all year long, whilst individuals in the group may vary their attendance depending on their own training needs. Gym There are also 3 weekly strength and mobility sessions held on a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening (7:30pm). These sessions are held at FAST Running HQ in Belconnen and entry to the gym is free of charge. Weather FAST Running trains in all weather conditions and our training locations are chosen to suit the conditions. Changes to the program are notified via TeamApp with notifications instantly received on your mobile device.
