Running excellence doesn’t stop at the track—it powers performance wherever it’s needed.
FAST Running is proud to celebrate one of our own, Oliver Henderson, who has just been named Captain of the Australian U18 team competing this weekend at the Festival of Football on the Gold Coast.
This exciting international American Football showcase will see Australia, New Zealand, and the Pasifika All-Stars go head-to-head at the NFL Academy at A.B. Paterson College. On Saturday 12 July, Oliver will lead the green and gold in a high-stakes trans-Tasman clash against New Zealand at 9:00am.
Oliver’s success is no surprise to those who’ve trained alongside him at FAST. His explosive speed, strength under pressure, and leadership qualities have been years in the making—fostered through our elite sprint development and FAST for Sport program.
At FAST Running, we believe in supporting athletes not just in their primary sport, but in becoming fast, adaptable, and high-performing across disciplines. Whether it’s on the football field, rugby pitch, or in Oliver’s case, the American Football arena, our training methodology helps build athletes who excel under lights, chase down moments, and lead from the front.
FAST for Sport is where running excellence meets sporting success. It’s no coincidence that Oliver, like so many others, carries his FAST foundation with pride as he steps into national representation. We’re honoured to support athletes like him who are doing incredible things beyond the track.
Best of luck to Oliver and the entire Australian U18 team. Your FAST family is right behind you. 🇦🇺🏈🔥
